Defendants' motion is DENIED as to Plaintiff's claims of religious discrimination and age discrimination under the PH RA asserted in Counts 1 and 2; the motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims asserting violations under Pennsylvania Common law in Counts, 1, 2, and 3; the motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiffs retaliation claim asserted in Count 3.
