Plaintiffs claims asserted under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of his rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Cons titution are dismissed, without prejudice to file an Amended Complaint, curing the deficiencies noted in the accompanying Opinion with respect to these claims.
