IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the decision of the Bankruptcy Court, as memorialized in Walsh v. Dively, 522 B.R. 780, 784-85 (Bankr. W.D. Pa. 2014), and Walsh v. Dively, No. 12-70166-JAD, 2015 Bankr.
