The court hereby GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants motions to dismiss (Docket Nos. 70; 72; 73). The court ABSTAINS from deciding Plaintiffs' claim for an unreasonable agreement in restraint of tr ade pending certification to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. All other claims are DISMISSED with prejudice. The court ORDERS Defendants to file a Spanish translation of this Opinion and Order by September 15, 2010.
