JUDGMENT. As the parties in the instant matter have entered into a settlement agreement, the Court hereby enters a final judgment DISMISSING THE INSTANT CASE WITH PREJUDICE. However, the parties are to file the settlement agreement within the next twenty (20) days. Failure to comply may result in the Court scheduling a show-cause hearing in order to adjudicate responsibility for non-compliance with this order. Additionally, the Court hereby retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement executed by the parties. The Court forewarns all parties that non-compliance with the Settlement Agreement may lead to civil or criminal contempt. THIS CASE IS NOW CLOSED FOR ALL ADMINISTRATIVE AND STATISTICAL PURPOSES.
