It is, therefore, ORDERED that the defendant's moti on for summary judgment (ECF No. 48 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, the motion is GRANTED as to the plaintiff's claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and for defamation and civil conspiracy.
