MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as to remaining motions. Taylors claims against the Department of Education are DISMISSED with prejudice. All that remains of this suit are Taylors claims against Knox County Schools for retaliation, n egligence, gross negligence, negligence per se, and false imprisonment. Counsel for Taylor and Knox County Schools are ORDERED to appear before the Court for a case-management conference on June 28, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Counsel for the Department of Education need not attend the confer-ence. Memorandum Opinion and Order: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' motion to strike the Tennessee Department of Education's motion for summary judgment. 93 . In light of this case's posture and the need for judicial eco nomy, the Court will allow an exception to the three-stage process for resolving discovery disputes. The Department of Education is ORDERED to respond to Plaintiffs' request for production by May 11, 2017. Plaintiffs can upload the response s to the docket in support of their opposition to the Departments motion, and they should do so in a timely manner.
