MEMORANDUM OPINION on motion for summary judgment. The Court concludes that no issue of material fact exists on the plaintiff's claims pursuant to Title VII and the ADEA. The Court therefore finds the Medical Center's motion for summary judgment to be meritorious, as previously granted in this Court's order [Clerk's doc.#39] Signed by Magistrate Judge Keith F.
