MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Because the removing parties have not adduced sufficient evidence to establish that Dunham was improperly joined, the shared citizenship of Brode and Dunham defeats diversity jurisdiction and prevents this court from exercising jurisdiction over this lawsuit.
