It is hereby ORDERED that: (1) PetVacs answer and counterclaims are stricken; (2) default and judgment by default is entered against PetVac; and (3) FURminator is awarded attorneys fees and expenses relating to its effort of proving-up the fraudulent email. The Court shall hold a hearing on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at 9:30 AM, which it will determine the appropriate amount of damages to be awarded to FURminator and whether a permanent injunction should issue against PetVac.
