MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the foregoing reasons, Court GRANTS Defendants motion to exclude the testimony of Professor Silver at the class certification hearing (Dkt. No. 72). The Court does not, however, strike Professor Silvers expert report from the record.
