Plaintiff's Petition for Reconsideration (Dkt. 19) should be GRANTED and the Court's January 31, 2012 Order of Dismissal, Docket Entry 17, should be VACATED and set aside and the ca se should be re-opened on the Court's active docket. As to Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. 21), seeking to enjoin certain outcomes of state court eviction proceedings in February and March 2012, the Court finds it should be DENIED.
