MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. Plaintiff's 52 Motion for Summary Judgment and for Partial Summary Judgment and Voluntary Dismissal of HAMP Claims is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is granted to the extent that Plaintiffs seek d ismissal of their HAMP claims and denied in all other respects. Defendants' 53 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. All claims asserted by Plaintiffs are DISMISSED with prejudice. Defendants are entitled to enforce the terms of the note. the Pretrial Conference, Jury Selection and Trial set for March 26, 2012 is CANCELED. Any motion not previously ruled on is denied.
