MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER DISMISSING CASE. The Plaintiff's claims other than his excessive use of force claims are DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim, predicated on a failure to exhaust, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1).
