The court overrules Plaintiff's objections, concludes that the findings of the magistrate judge are correct, and hereby acc epts them as those of the court. Accordingly, the court affirms the final decision of the Commissioner in all respects, except as to the portion regarding the date Plaintiff reached the classification of an individual of an advanced age.
