For the reasons stated below, the motion to compel arbitration is granted. The motion to stay th e case during the arbitration is also granted. Within thirty days of this date, Tucker (i.e., the party seeking arbitration of this dispute) shall file and serve a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association.
