MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 22 Motion to Dismiss/Lack of Jurisdiction filed by Lawrence P Brennan, Bus & Coach America Corporation. For the reasons stated below, the Court concludes it has personal jurisdiction over BCAC; therefore, BCAC's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction is DENIED.
