ORDER: The court determines that the 26 findings and conclusions of the magistrate judge are correct, and accepts them as those of the court. Accordingly, the court denies Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. 8 ) and grants Defendant's Motion to Set Aside Clerks Entry of Default (Doc. 14 ).
