MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons herein stated, the court determines that Fried Frank and Wolfe have not carried their burden and established that complete diversity of citizenship exists between the parties. Accordingly, the court la cks subject matter jurisdiction to entertain this action, grants Plaintiffs' 9 Motion to Remand, and remands this action to the 116th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.
