This case is REMANDED to arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association, as a result of the filing in Dallas County Court at Law No. 5. However, this Court retains jurisdiction solely to determine the amount, and order payment, of Plaintiff's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
