MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER... that Mid-Continent's motion for summaryjudgment be, and is hereby, granted... that Lewis have and recover nothingfrom Mid-Continent, and that Lewis's claims against Mid-Continent be, and are hereby, dismisse d... that (a) Mid-Continent does not now have, and has not had, any obligation to provide a defense to Lewis in Cause No. 017-225074-07 in the District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, 17th Judicial District, and (b) MidContinent shall have no obligat ion to pay any amount to reimburse Lewis for any payment it has made, or makes, to or on behalf of the Blakes as to the claim made against Lewis by the Blakes in such suit or in connection with the settlement thereof or by reason of any of tne facts or circumstances alleged by the Blakes against Lewis in such suit.
