Filing 48 Order Accepting Findings and Recommendations re: 41 Findings and Recommendations. Based on the foregoing, Plaintiff's objections are OVERRULED, and the Court ACCEPTS the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magi strate Judge as the findings of the Court. Therefore, Defendants Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 15) is hereby GRANTED and Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Microsoft are DISMISSED with prejudice and Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Gates are DISMISSED without prejudice.
