A cursory review of the complaint reveals that Plaintiff and Defendant have discussed settlement for over two years and that Plaintiff seeks damages and attorneys' fees. Comp. at 8,14. It is beyond obvious to the Court that, at minimum, Plaintiff, Defendant, and Plaintiff's counsel therefore have a financial interest in the outcome of this case.
