OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 8 Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings and Pltf's claims against the City for slander, wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress are DISMISSED; granting 9 Motion to Dismiss Texas Law Tort Claims Against City Employees and Pltf's claims against Dfts Paul Shelley & Tina Shelldy for slander, wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress are DISMISSED; granting in part [10 ] Dft Paul Shelley & Tina Shelley's Motion to Dismiss or, alternatively, for More Definite Statement insofar as it seeks dismissal of all claims under the ADEA adn Title VII, ifa ny, asserted by Pltf against them and all such claims are DISMISSE D; DENIED insofar as it seeks dismissal of Pltf's Sec. 1983 claims against these Dfts; and GRANTED insofar as it requests a More Definite Statement of facts.
