Filing 81 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION AND ORDER, entered. Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment is GRANTED, the Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of plaintiff William Gerald Fitzgerald and against Myron Nelson on all issues of liability with respect to claims brought against Myron Nelson in his individual capacity pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Defendant Myron Nelson is liable to Plaintiff William G. Fitzgerald for compensatory damages in the amount of $250,000.00 for the violation of William Ger ald Fitzgeralds rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983; Costs of court in the amount of $550.00; and Post-judgment interest as provided by law.
