MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER The Court finds in favor of the Defendant Hillary Clinton. Pursuant to 8 USC 1503 and 28 USC 2201, the Court declares the Plaintiff is not a United States citizen by virtue of his birth and that Defendant did not err by denying his passport application.
