The Court leaves open the issue of the total damages recoverable by TGSLC pending TGSLC's submiss ion of relevant evidence regarding court costs and pre-judgment interest. TGSLC is ORDERED to provide such evidence to the Court within fourteen (14) days of the entry of this Order, at which point the Court will enter final judgment.
