Filing 22 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint filed by Defendants Sanders and Blum lSD is GRANTED and all of Plaintiff's claims are hereby DISMISSED. It is further ORDERED that Defendan t Jeffery Sanders recover from Plaintiff his attorney's fees and court costs which are attributable to Plaintiff's state law claims against him in his individual capacity. Defendant's fee application shall be filed within fourteen (14) days after entry of judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d)(2) and Local Rule CV-7(j).
