ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE directing John B. Reilly to appear before Revenue Officer Robert Ferebee, or his delegate, on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., as outlined. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that John B. Reilly is to appear before this Court on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the U.S. Courthouse, as outlined, and in the absence of complete production and disclosure, to show cause why he should not comply with the IRS summons. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 4.1(a) a U.S. Marshal, a Deputy U.S. Marshal, an Internal Revenue Officer and/or private process server are authorized to serve a copy of this order and the petition and its exhibits, upon John B. Reilly prior to the time John B. Reilly is to appear before the Internal Revenue Officer, and proof of said service shall be filed with the Court; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that John B.
