ORDER that this matter is before the Court on Appellant's appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, entered on August 8, 2018. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, this Court is without subject-matter jurisdiction to review the appeal. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Should Appellant wish to appeal this Order, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. Failure to file a notice of appeal within that period may result in the loss of the right to appeal. Accordingly, this case is CLOSED. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Henry E.
