Filing 11 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Directing Payment of Initial Partial Filing Fee). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff has eleven ( 11) days from the date of entry hereof to comply with the directives of the January 30, 2019 Memorandum Order. That means Plaintiff must either pay the $13.68 initial partial filing fee or he must state under penalty of perjury that he does not have sufficient assets to pay such a fee. If Plaintiff persists in prosecuting the action or fails to voluntarily dismiss the action within eleven ( 11) days of the date of entry hereof, he will be responsible for paying the entire filing fee. Filing 9 MEMORANDUM ORDER Assessing Initial Partial Filing Fee. It is ORDERED that within eleven (11) days, Plaintiff must submit an initial partial filing fee of $13.68 or state under penalty of perjury that he does not have sufficient assets to pay such a fee. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). 2. Plaintiff remains liable for the entire filing fee of $350.00. The Court will contact Plaintiff's place of incarceration.
