ORDER (Granting Defendant's Motion to Quash) Defendant also filed a potentially dispositive Motion to Dismiss on March 6, 2020 (ECF No. 4). Accordingly, discovery in this matter is hereby STAYED pending the resolution of Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff initially filed this suit in the Circuit Court for the County of Chesterfield, and Defendant removed the case to this Court on March 4, 2020 (ECF No. 1). The case caption in state court named both A.H. and Amanda Darlington as Plaintiffs. Because Amanda Darlington is bringing suit on behalf of A.H. for wrongful death, and A.H. is not a party to this suit, this caption will be corrected to name Amanda Darlington as the sole Plaintiff in this matter.
