Filing 6 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Opening New Action) - The Court received Plaintiff's Complaint. (ECF No. 5.) Plaintiff mailed the Complaint to the Court on August 23, 2021 (ECF No. 5-1), before the Court dismissed the action, but not within the fourteen (14) days permitted by the July 28, 2021 Memorandum Order. Nevertheless, because Plaintiff appears to be interested in litigating hisComplaint, the Court will provide Plaintiff an opportunity to pursue his claims. Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to file Plaintiff's Complaint #5 as a new civil action as of the date of entry hereof.
