ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on its own initiative. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to issue summons on the defendants. The Clerk shall file the summonses for Defendants Ellis, Rigual, Sutton, and Mayo under seal. The Clerk shall also file a copy of the summonses for Defendants Ellis, Rigual, Sutton, and Mayo on the public docket after redacting the listed addresses. Further, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk place the plaintiffs complaint, (ECF No. 1), and amended complaint, (ECF No. 4), under seal.
