July 29, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 11 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Filing Action and Screening Because Inmate Cannot Pay Initial Partial Filing Fee)it is ORDERED that: The action is FILED and Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The institution where Plaintiff is confined will mail twenty percent (20%) of all of Plaintiffs deposits to the Court until the balance of $350.00 is paid. Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Extend Deadlines (ECF No. 8) and a Motion to Request Evidence (ECF No. 9). Plaintiff has complied with the Courts deadlines. Therefore, the Motion to Extend Deadlines (ECF No. #8 ) is DENIED as unnecessary. Plaintiff fails to identify the procedural vehicle that would authorize the Court to order a state institution to provide Plaintiff with his medical records. July 15, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Assessing Initial Partial Filing Fee) It is ORDERED that: Within eleven (11) days of the date of entry hereof, Plaintiff must submit an initial partial filing fee of $6.47 or state under penalty of perjury that he does not have sufficient assets to pay such a fee. Plaintiff remains liable for the entire filing fee of $350.00. The institution will then forward to the Court twenty percent (20%) of all deposits into Plaintiffs account until the full $350.00 filing fee is paid.
