October 6, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER (Denying Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis). THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff Edward M. Call's ("Plaintiff') Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. #1 ), filed on October 4, 2022. Upon due consideration, the Court finds that Plaintiff's assets are sufficient to enable him to pay the costs of this litigation. Accordingly, the Court DENIES Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Order to pay the standard filing fee, at which point the Complaint (ECF No. 1-1) shall be docketed. If the filing fee is not paid in that time, the action shall be dismissed without prejudice. It is so ORDERED. Signed by Senior United States District Judge Henry E. Hudson on 10/6/2022.
