OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 8 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. The Court DENIES Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's claims for retaliation based on sex discrimination in violation of Title VII and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy on the basis of aiding and abetting adultery. The Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's claim for negligent retention. Therefore, Plaintiff's claim regarding negligent retention will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
