Filing 23 ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT AT&T INC.'S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND DEFENDANTS MOTION TO DISMISS CLAIMS OF PLAINTIFF WHITE AND DENYING DEFENDANT AT&T MOBILITY LLC's MOTION TO STAY: This Court finds that Defendant AT &T Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss 6 should be, and hereby is, GRANTED. In addition, this Court finds that Defendants Motion to Dismiss 7 should be, and hereby is, GRANTED. Accordingly,insofar as it alleges the claims of Plaintiff White, the Comp laint [1-1] is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff White shall have thirty (30) days to AMEND the Complaint.
