Any agreed proposed preliminary injunction must be filed no later than 02/10/2012; If the parties are unable agree on the terms of the preliminary injunction by 02/10/2012, the Court will require Northern Star to fil e its revised proposed preliminary injunction order and Dynamics to file its objections to that proposed order on that date; Dynamics must file its brief statement on the amount of the bond no later than 02/01/2012; Northern Star must file any brief response to the amount of the bond no later than 02/09/2012.
