IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 23 ) is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must engage in a good faith effort to agree to the amount of retroactive benefits, prejudgment interest at the prime rate compounded annually, attorney fees and costs consistent with this Decision and Order, and to file a stipulation and proposed order by October 24, 2016. If the parties are unable to reach a stipulation, they must file statements setting forth their respective positions, together with supporting documentation, no later than November 8, 2016.
