PLEASE DISREGARD THIS DOCKET ENTRY.] ORDER that, by 10/19/2020, Plaintiff must pay the $400.00 filing fees or, if he intends to seek an in forma pauperis status, file the required application and affidavit, along with an account statement from the inmate account clerk at Butner Federal Medical Center as further set out in the order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to furnish Plaintiff with the form application and affidavit used to seek in forma pauperis status. Plaintiff is cautioned that, if he fails to comply with this Order, the undersigned will recommend dismissal of this case. The Clerk is also DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to the inmate account clerk at Butner Federal Medical Center. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff must immediately inform the Court and the defendant (or defendant's attorney if an attorney has appeared for the defendant) of any change in his address.
