ORDER ON MOTION: it is ORDERED that: 1) Posten v. DOC, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-61-WHA-CSC and Posten v. Elba Work Center, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-123-WHA-CSC are hereby CONSOLIDATED for all further proceedings; 2) All pleadings, motions, reports, exhibits, briefs, orders and other documents submitted in the consolidated cases shall after entry of this order only be filed in Posten v. DOC, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-61-WHA-CSC; 3) Posten v. DOC, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-61-WHA-CSC is hereby DESIGNATED as the LEAD case; 4) The Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis filed by Plf in Posten v. Elba Work Center, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-123-WHA-CSC (Doc. 2), is GRANTED. Due to the above consolidation of these cases, the filing fee shall be collected only in Posten v. DOC, et al., Case No. 1:21-CV-61-WHA-CSC; DIRECTING the Clerk to file this order in each of the above-styled cases; further ORDERED that Plf is GRANTED an extension from 2/17/2021, to and including 3/10/2021, to comply with the court's 2/3/2021, order that he submit an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $48.73.
