Filing 5 ORDER: On 5/24/2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the initial partial filing fee of $23.80 by 6/14/2022. Doc. #3 . On 6/13/2022, Plaintiff filed a "motion to proceed" in which he stated that he unsuccessfully requested the business office at his prison to pay this fee. Doc. #4 . The Court construes Plaintiff's motion to proceed as a motion for extension of time to comply with the Court's May 24 order and grants this request. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's motion to proceed (Doc. #4 ) solely to the extent that it extends the deadline to file the initial partial filing fee of $23.80 until June 28, 2022.
