ORDER: On 5/25/2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the initial partial filing fee of $23.80 by 6/15/2022. (Doc. No. #3 .) On 6/13/2022, Plaintiff filed a "motion to proceed" in which he stated that he unsuccessfully requested the business office at his prison to pay this fee. (See Doc. #4 at 1.) The Court construes Plaintiff's motion to proceed as a motion for extension of time to comply with the Court's May 25 order and grants this request. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to proceed (Doc. No. #4 ) is GRANTED, solely to the extent that it extends the deadline to file the initial partial filing fee of $23.80 on or before 6/28/2022.
