November 15, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: Plaintiff did not remit the $350 filing fee and $52 administrative fee for plaintiffs not proceeding IFP, and he did not apply for leave to proceed IFP one of which is necessary to proceed in a civil action. Absent either payment of the requisite fees or a grant of IFP status, this case cannot continue. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that by 11/30/2023, Plaintiff shall either (1) pay the $402 filing and administrative fees or (2) file a properly completed application for leave to proceed IFP accompanied by a prison account statement from the account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is detained as further set out in the order. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to (1) provide Plaintiff with the form for application for leave to proceed IFP and (2) provide a copy of this order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is detained.
