Filing 13 CONSENT JUDGMENT: This consent judgment is entered into between the United States of America acting on behalf of the Department of Justice, as delegated to the Drug Enforcement Administration (collectively the "United States"), and Defendants King Drug Co., Incorporated and Traci Revels McCoy. The parties stipulate and consent to the entry of judgment in favor of the United States against the Defendants King Drug Co., Incorporated and Traci Revels McCoy, jointly and severally, in the amount of $110,000.00 in civil monetary penalties. Defendants agree that the total debt of $110,000.00 owed is due and payable in full immediately, jointly and severally. Within 60 days of this judgment, Defendant Traci Revels McCoy shall make a lump-sum payment of $10,000.00. The remaining debt shall be included in the Treasury Offset Program so that any federal monies owed to Defendant Traci Revels McCoy will be credited to her outstanding debt.
