Doss's plea and sentencing transcript can be admitted as substantive, but not conclusive, evidence of his actions as they relate to Wilson's claims. 2. The defendants may submit a motion in limine before trial to limit parts of Doss's guilty plea and sentencing transcript as permitted under the Federal Rules of Evidence.
