MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: it is hereby DECLARED that this case is resolved in favor of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company is entitled to exercise a statutory right of redemption from Citibank, N.A. for the property located at Lot 1 of Belle Arete Subdivision Plat No. 1, as the Plat thereof appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery, County in Plat Book 48, Page 96; further ORDERED that Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and Citibank, N.A. have 30 days from the date of this Order to resolve the issue of the appropriate amount due to redeem the property, or to advise the court that the issue has not been resolved.
