MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that (1) Defendant Freddie Mac's 20 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED as to all claims asserted against Freddie Mac, and those claims are DISMISSED without prejudice; (2) Plaintiff Bolton 39;s 34 Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff will be given until August 27, 2010 to file an amended complaint in conformance with this Memorandum Opinion and Order, if he chooses to do so. Signed by Honorable W.
