MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as follows: 1. that the motion to dismiss or compel 49 filed by Defendant Ranstad Inhouse Services, L.P., be and is hereby GRANTED in PART to the extent that the case is hereby dismissed without prejudice; 2. that the motion to dismiss or strike the complaint or apply adverse inferences or compel and for other relief 50 filed by Defendant ER Solutions, Inc., be and is hereby GRANTED in PART to the extent that the case is hereby dismissed without prejudice; 3. t hat all other relief requested by the Defendants be and is hereby DENIED; and 4. that this case be and is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice, with costs taxed against the Plaintiff for which execution may issue.
